This shipping policy applies to all orders placed at our store for pet supplies and accessories. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is fully verified. We do not process or ship orders on weekends, U.S. federal holidays, and major shopping holidays. Orders submitted after daily cut-off time, on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next regular business day. During peak seasons or large promotions, processing time may be slightly extended, and we will notify you via email if significant delays occur.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently only ship to the contiguous 48 states of the United States.
- We do not provide shipping services to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses, P.O. boxes and international destinations for the time being.
- Some oversized, bulky or special pet products may have extra shipping restrictions, which will be clearly marked on the corresponding product pages.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We cooperate with reliable U.S. local logistics carriers. All delivery times are estimated transit days and start counting after your order is dispatched (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (default option for most pet product orders)
- Expedited Shipping (Optional): 2–3 business days (for customers with urgent delivery needs)
Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, size and selected shipping method. No hidden fees will be charged.
4. Free Shipping Offer
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $55 delivered to the contiguous United States.
- This promotion is only valid for standard shipping and cannot be used together with expedited shipping.
- Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas are excluded from this free shipping program.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and official tracking link will be sent to your registered email address immediately. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update on the carrier’s system. If you fail to receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact our customer support.
6. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
Delivery delays may happen due to extreme weather, carrier backlogs, traffic control, peak order volume and other situations beyond our control. Cuddle Paws LLC will not be liable for any losses caused by third-party logistics delays. If your order is delayed more than 5 business days beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
7. Damaged, Lost or Missing Packages
Please inspect your packages and pet items right after receipt:
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items: Contact our support team within 48 hours upon delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the outer package and defective products. We will arrange replacement, full or partial refund accordingly.
- Lost or undelivered packages: Submit a lost package request to us first. We will work closely with the logistics carrier to launch an investigation and follow up the solution promptly.
8. Returns & Exchanges (Shipping Terms)
- If returns or exchanges are caused by our mistakes (wrong items, defective products, missing accessories), we will cover the return shipping fees.
- If returns are due to customers’ personal reasons, the customer shall bear all return shipping costs.
- All returned pet products must be unused, unopened and kept in original packaging with complete accessories. We do not accept parcels with postage due. Please use a trackable shipping service for all returns.
9. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. If the package is returned or lost because of the incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee and related losses. We will try to contact you to confirm the address if we find obvious address errors.
